Title: The Divine Resonance
(A Poetic Rendition of our Soul-Talk)
The Prelude (The Soul’s Cry):
The Prelude (The Soul’s Cry):
The heart wanders in the labyrinth of the mundane,
Seeking a footprint, a shadow, a sign of Thy grace.
I yearned to see the world as the sacred groves of Brindavan,
Where every soul is a Krishna, and every breath, a Radha.
But alas, Krishna! Without Thy mercy,
How shall I ever break the golden chains of this worldly illusion?
The Hymn: Echoes of the Inner Flute
Chorus:
The Hymn: Echoes of the Inner Flute
Chorus:
The soul is Krishna, the life-breath is Radha,
I sought to see this world as Thy celestial playground.
Weary is my heart, wandering for a glimpse of Thee,
Without Thy grace,
O Nanda-Kishora, How can I ever cross this ocean of desire?
Verse 1:
Verse 1:
Like the waves of Yamuna, my heart surges in tide,
Running toward the dust of Thy lotus feet.
The breeze carries the melody of Thy hidden flute,
The very rhythm that gives life to my heartbeat.
They call Thee the Thief of Butter, but I plead:
Steal away the pride that clouds my inner sun!
Shatter this veil of Maya with Thy radiant discus,
And fold me into Thy light, O Nanda-Kishora!
Verse 2:
Verse 2:
I sought Thy fragrance in the blooming flowers,
And turned every petal into an offering at Thy feet.
In every atom, I sensed the truth of Thy presence,
A soul drenched in the bliss of this divine meeting.
Dissolve the wall that parts the 'I' from 'Thee',
Grant me the wisdom that the Universe is but Thy form.
Let this Truth reside forever in the temple of my mind,
My Eternal Guide, my Nanda-Kishora!
